Design & Engineering

Turf Care will custom design the irrigation system from the water source to the last head based on supplied plans or aerial photographs with consideration given to the topographical characteristics of the site. The design will include all sprinkler head placement, controller locations, programming, pipe and wire sizing and routing and pump station requirements. On system updates, the condition and feasibility of existing piping, wiring, pumps, etc. will be examined. Our designs are created and displayed using AutoCAD 2002 or newer software, enabling us to carry out your design project more efficiently.

GPS Mapping

Have you ever wondered exactly what size your rough areas are? How about the surface area of your irrigation pond? Does your course as built map more resemble abstract artwork than an as built?

We offer an extensive GPS mapping service including the following:

• Golf Course Feature Mapping (Greens, tees, fairways, traps, water bodies, etc.)
• Irrigation system As-built mapping (During or after installation, including system upgrades)
• Sprinkler Head Yardages (Measurement of distance from sprinklers to greens)
• Feature Area Maps (Area measurements of course features displayed on a scaled map)
